تحتفظ منصة "بوراشد" بحق تقديم الدورات التعليمية التجارية المتاحة على الموقع الإلكتروني وتطبيق الموبايل تحت الشروط التالية:

استخدام الموقع وتطبيق الموبايل: يجب على المشتركين استخدام الموقع الموقع وتطبيق الموبايل وموارده بشكل مسؤول للغرض المقصود منها، دون انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو التشهير أو الانخراط في أي أنشطة غير قانونية.

المسؤولية: تتحمل منصة "بوراشد" مسؤولية تقديم محتوى تعليمي عالي الجودة، لكنها لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر مالية يتكبدها المستثمرون نتيجة تطبيق النصائح أو الاستراتيجيات المقدمة.

الاشتراك والدفع: قد يتطلب الوصول الكامل لبعض الموارد دفع اشتراك شهري أو سنوي، ويجب على المشتركين دفع الرسوم المطلوبة للاستفادة الكاملة من الخدمات.

بوابة الدفع سوف تخصم تلقائيًا رسوم الاشتراك الخاصة بالعضويات التي قام المشتركون بالاشتراك بها.

أي أن التجديد سيتم تلقائيًا وسيتم خصم المبلغ من بطاقة العميل البنكية عند موعد تجديد الاشتراك. وبمجرد إجراء الخصم التلقائي للتجديد، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.

الإلغاء والاسترداد: يمكن للمشتركين إلغاء اشتراكاتهم في أي وقت، لكن لا تتوفر استردادات تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

التحديثات: تحتفظ منصة "بوراشد" بالحق في تغيير شروط الخدمة والأسعار والمحتوى دون إشعار مسبق، ويجب على المشتركين مراجعة الشروط بشكل دوري.

نشر المحتوى بدون وجه حق يعرضك للمساله القانونيه.

تحذير المخاطر : تداول العملات الأجنبية على الهامش يحمل درجة عالية من المخاطر، وقد لا تكون مناسبة لجميع المستثمرين. قبل البداء في تداول العملات الأجنبية، يجب عليك أن تنظر بعناية في أهدافك الاستثمارية، ومستوى الخبرة، والرغبة في المخاطرة. هناك احتمال أن تتعرض لخسارة بعض أو كل استثمارك وبالتالي يتعين عليك عدم المخاطرة باستثمار الأموال التي لا يمكنك تحمل خسارتها. يجب أن تكون على علم بجميع المخاطر المصاحبة لتداول العملات الأجنبية، وطلب المشورة من مستشار مالي مستقل إذا كانت لديك أي شكوك.

Subscription and Payment: Full access to some resources may require payment through a monthly or annual subscription, and subscribers must pay the required fees to fully utilize the services.

The payment gateway will automatically charge the subscription fees for the membership plans that subscribers have enrolled in. This means the renewal will happen automatically, and the amount will be deducted from the customer’s bank card at the time of subscription renewal. Once the automatic charge for renewal is made, the payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund: Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds are not available under any circumstances

Updates: "Bu Rashid Platform" reserves the right to change the terms of service, prices, and content without prior notice, and subscribers are required to periodically review the terms.

Posting content without permission exposes you to legal action.
